Commercial Announces CFO Appointment

Edmonton, Alberta, November 28, 2008 - COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS INC. ("Commercial" or the "Company") (TSX:CSA) a Canadian distributor of resource management equipment products is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Rozina Kassam as Commercial's Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kassam will succeed Mr. Eric Sauze, who will focus on the Chief Operations Officer position after fulfilling both roles since January 1, 2008.

Ms. Kassam has previously held Controller positions with publicly traded entities on the Toronto Stock Exchange, one was an international large equipment dealer and the other a diversified natural resource company. Ms. Kassam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and the designation of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta.
